Over two years ago, we were approached by Bay News 9, Tampa’s esteemed local news station, for an interview. We agreed on one condition, that we can make no claims and they agreed. During the editing process at their studio, unbeknownst to Curativa Bay, they also interviewed a Medical Doctor from the University of South Florida who provided his opinion on Hypochlorous Acid. He stated that Hypochlorous Acid safely and effectively eliminates all viruses, expressing that it should be used more frequently. Unfortunately, once the interview aired, the FDA contacted us and requested the removal of the interview and all references to the virus. Without hesitation, we promptly complied and obtained a compliance letter. It is worth noting that as per FDA regulations, such letters are often detrimental to businesses, but for some reason we never see such letters to large public companies.
